Yogurt - Parsley sauce with Olive Oil

Parsley Yogurt Sauce


2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
300g Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
1 large bunch of parsley
1 slice white bread (+ / - 2 cm)
One half teaspoon of salt
One-half teaspoon black pepper


remove the steal of the parsley
weak the bread in water
squeeze the bread
Mix the bread with the onion, the garlic, parsley, salt and pepper
add the yogurt, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice
mix well
Serve the dip chilled
